Cyrus Kouandjio has an understandable excuse for why he is now missing organized team activities with his Buffalo Bills teammates, he's now receiving medical attention at a local hospital.
Buffalo Bills offensive tackle Cyrus Kouandjio was placed under observation at a Buffalo hospital after he was involved in a unusual incident with police Tuesday, according to the Buffalo News.
According to a report from the Buffalo News, Kouandjio was found by police in a field, partially clothed, having hopped an electric fence. Firefighters were called to administer first aid, and an ambulance took the former Alabama All-American to Erie County Medical Center for evaluation, treatment and observation.
He did not appear at the Bills' minicamp practice held on Thursday, Buffalo News reports.
The Bills released a statement on the matter.

The statement continues, "We dont' have all the details, so we won't have any further comment at this time".
Erie County Sheriff's spokesman Scott Zylka said deputies were responding to a complaint of a suspicious person when they came upon Kouandjio around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Buffalo took Kouandjio in the second round of the 2014 draft.
