After coming out from the CBI office, Mishra briefed the mediapersons about the meeting and said complaints regarding cash exchange and giving illegal benefits to Kejriwal's relatives have been lodged.
Mishra on Monday said, "Satyendar Jain had personally told me that there was a land deal of Rs 50 crore for a 7-acre plot in Chhatarpur for Kejriwal's brother-in-law... also, fake bills of Rs 10 crore from the PWD were forged". He (Mishra) says Kejriwal's brother-in-law was to get the favour from a deal.
The remarks came after Mishra, the former water minister, on Monday submitted documents to the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) to back his allegations that Kejriwal had delayed the probe into a Rs 400 crore tanker scam.
While addressing a press conference, Mishra said that AAP leaders were saying that he was colluding with the BJP. On Friday (May 5) I wasn't even present withthe CM, so how can there be a talk of the deal. "When I refused to pay and questioned the party's corrupt functioning, they framed me under false charges and ousted from the party", revealed Khan. Mishra had on Sunday accused Kejriwal of taking Rs20 million from a Cabinet colleague, a charge refuted by Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia.
"So, based on the past and this new corruption case, a delegation of the party will go and meet the chief election commissioner at 4 PM to lodge a complaint".

"It is with a heavy heart that I am doing this", Mishra said, while reading from a prepared statement.
"Mishra is telling a lie as he was hit by his sudden removal".
The AAP is in the throes of a crisis with its sacked Water Minister Kapil Mishra alleging corruption by Kejriwal and other senior leaders. The report further said that the party showed credit transaction of Rs 45,74,06,911 as per bank account, Rs 19,82,32,820 on the AAP website and Rs 9,42,25,475 before the EC in 2013-14. Rejecting the BJP's demand for Kejriwal's resignation, Singh said that "severe" allegations of corruption were made against Finance Minister Arun Jaitley by suspended BJP member Kirti Azad, but nothing happened.
But the AAP boss appeared to be under pressure to end his silence on Mishra's allegations.
