Sacked AAP minister Kapil Mishra today visited the anti-corruption bureau (ACB) office and recorded his statement against AAP Chief and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
The agency might also refer the probe to the Anti- Corruption Branch (ACB) of the Delhi Government.
He added that Mishra, who is on a hunger strike in his home in Civil Lines, may also suffer from heat exhaustion, not just because of the hot days but also because he is surrounded by many people radiating body heat.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Monday evening suspended Kapil Mishra from the party's primary membership.
Responding to Kapil Mishra's allegations, AAP has said that it was BJP which is trying to defame the Delhi government, Arvind Kejriwal and AAP through Mishra. "Nobody sent me. Mishra is harming the party", Bhardwaj said as he was led away.
Police have received a complaint from Mishra and are taking appropriate legal action, said DCP (North) Jatin Narwal.

He had accused the Kejriwal regime of using public money on foreign trips for Sanjay Singh, Ashish Khetan, Satyendar Jain, Raghav Chadha, and Durgesh Pathak.
Soon after, Praveen Shankar Kapoor, media in-charge of Delhi BJP, said that no BJP Yuva Morcha worker was involved in any such incident.
Echoing similar sentiment, another BJP leader R.P. Singh asserted that AAP was afraid of facing questions posed by Kapil Mishra.
