Microsoft Supposedly Making Horizon Zero Dawn-like Game

No one can deny Horizon Zero Dawn is one of the most attractive and unbelievable games we received this year, and luckily for us, Sony plans to continue working with Guerilla Games on the Horizon franchise for years to come. The listing emerged some two months ago and was first spotted by MSPoweruser.

The posting called for a Lead Environment Artist from a game developer recruiter by the name of G3D on behalf of Microsoft.

Horizon Zero Dawn has been a major surprise success for Sony, accumulating stellar reviews, and selling like hotcakes.

The Frozen Wilds contains additional content for Horizon Zero Dawn, including new storylines, characters and experiences in a lovely but unforgiving new area. It would have been released in 2017 too but since that game was cancelled, PC and Xbox players will have had to look elsewhere to get that fix, with some of them likely considering Horizon Zero Dawn itself. When discussing upcoming first-party titles in a recent interview, Phil Spencer suggested that he and the Xbox team do not want to announce a game too early and want to give teams the right amount of time to create these great experiences before they're officially unveiled.
