On Saffie's birthday on Tuesday older sister, Ashlee Bromwich - who survived the blast - paid tribute to her super fan sister saying she had been "elated" to watch her idol perform.
Saffie Roussos would have been turning 9 years old this week, and the singer dedicated a song to her during a show in Buenos Aires.
In her latest post on Instagram, Ariana has said "Saffie, we're thinking of you baby" and then posted an emoji of a birthday cake.
The devastated dad described arriving at the arena to find the bomb had gone off - and eventually found Ashlee being treated but couldn't find Saffie or his wife. "I knew that Saffie would love her pictures to be on, and to be spoken about on TV".
Mr Roussos hoped she might be in one of the hotels but as the hours went on he was told by police she had died.
A date for Saffie's funeral has not yet been announced.

On what would have been his daughter's ninth birthday, Andrew Roussos told the BBC his family had "lost everything" when Saffie was killed. She was a huge character.
"That is something that we will always do", he said. "We were consumed with the feeling of we need to do something and that's something she did, and I'm so proud of her for that".
"It was important for and the families and the world to see music can heal and we can move forward, and to shed light on the darkness", added Grande.
The site claimed that Grande also became visibly emotional as clips from the horrific night were played in the background but offered up a message of hope for all those still struggling with the aftermath of the Manchester attack.
We've lost everything. We have, we've lost everything, because life will just never be the same.
