Oxygen OS 3.5.9 update now rolling out for OnePlus 2

The OxygenOS update numbered as 4.5.5 has already started to arrive over-the-air with a pop-up notification. The update is the fourth one since the launch of the phone globally.

The latest update brings improvements to WiFi connectivity, voice calling, and a couple of bug fixes. Several OnePlus 5 users urged that their Wi-Fi signal strength is showing as poor even though they are close their router. With the new software update, OnePlus has fixed an issue with the VoLTE reception that some OnePlus users faced for some time now. With the OnePlus 5, the company has addressed the vibrator issue which annoyed the OnePlus 3 and 3T users. A statement was posted on XDA forum which reads as, "As much as we would like to give the latest update on the OnePlus 2, we've discontinued updates for dated devices". Just go to settings-about-software updates. This is underwhelming stuff from OnePlus, at least the company have included the June security patch fixes. And other countries did not receive the update.
