The cat which has been nicknamed "Rally Cat" paused the game when it darted onto the field.

She says, because it bit the groundskeeper who picked it up, they'll have to keep it quarantined for 10 days.

"I thought, 'I'm taking this cat home".

Harris was questioned by security as she attempted to carry Rally Cat out of the stadium, but said the cat was hers and attempted to carry the kitten home. It's just scared, " she said to the St. Louis Dispatch. Then it disappeared in the arms of a fan who claimed it was hers.

The Rally Cat has been found, safe and sound and resting with the St. Louis Feral Cat Outreach, where volunteers are treating the cat and helping it recover before preparing it for adoption.

"Rally Cat has a very distinctive marking on his shoulder, like a constellation of white dots, and also the fact that he was found where the woman dropped him", she said.

With the bases loaded and two outs in the sixth on Wednesday night, the game was delayed for a couple minutes when a small, feisty cat sprinted onto the field at Busch Stadium.
