National Lottery reveals shop that sold the €9.4m winning ticket

National Lottery bosses have confirmed the winning ticket for the €9.4 million euro lotto was sold in a shop on Dublin's Talbot Street.


The winning numbers were 1, 16, 17, 32, 34 and 35 - with the bonus number 5.

Owner of the lucky store on Talbot St, Ulrike Campbell said: "We just can't believe it!" The bonus number was 5.

"This is an absolutely massive win for our customers".

"All of the staff here are going to enjoy the celebrations today and we send our best wishes to our lucky customer who is €9.4 million richer".

There was one victor of the Lotto jackpot on Saturday worth more than €9.4m.

The city was very busy on Saturday with thousands of GAA fans flocking to Croke Park for semi-final clashes between Mayo and Kerry and Dublin and Tyrone.

The ticket was sold at Town & Country Liquors, 2944 W. 47th St., matched all five numbers - 05, 14, 22, 23 and 25, according to a statement from the Illinois Lottery.

There was one victor of the Match 5+Bonus prize of €219,204 - with the winning ticket sold at the SuperValu store on New Road in Kinsale, Co Cork.
