If the final contract gets signed, the Samsung Galaxy S9 duo is expected to feature a fingerprint scanner with a new design, placement and new capabilities. Samsung, however, will still be holding an official Galaxy S9 announcement event in March, according to Blass.
One device that should make it onto the company's list of Android 8.0 Oreo updates is the unannounced successor to the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Edge.
It is unclear if this is specifically related to the Galaxy S8, but a Samsung rep has responded in the forums with some steps that should fix it. The rumors make a ton of sense given that Samsung's now in the process of testing the operating system on the device's predecessor.

Other specifications on the handset include a choice of 64GB or 128GB of storage, the handset also comes with a 3500 mAh battery and Android Nougat, plus the device features front and rear cameras.
The two devices are rumored to have improved cameras, a repositioned fingerprint sensor, 4GB-6GB of RAM, Exynos 9810 and Snapdragon 845 processors, and more.
